It is generally thought that there are four splitting forms of the low-alloy and high-strength steel under the condition of wet hydrogen sulfide, namely, the hydrogen bulge(HB), the splitting caused by hydrogen(HIC),the splitting caused by hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion and the splitting of stress-oriented and the splitting caused by hydrogen. This thesis introduces the research situations on the corrosive splitting of the low-alloy and high-strength steel under the condition of hydrogen sulfide and the development of the steel of anti-wet-hydrogen-sulfide condition both at home and abroad.By investigating the present conditions of hydrogen sulfide corrosion happened to domestic mechanic equipments, it has been found that such factors as corrosive condition, materials, production and use management will affect the safe use of mechanical equipments, especially the fact that the hydrogen sulfide corrosion splitting and stress-oriented and hydrogen-caused splitting have taken place under the condition of low stress , without any sign, are likely to result in the disastrous accidents. On the basis of comparing the materials most in use for mechanical equipment in the petrochemical industry, the research into H2S medium stress corrosion of mechanical equipment have been done, choosing the two types typical materials, the 16MnR steel and 08CR2alMo steel; bymeans of XJJ-1 metallographic microscope, YF1500 force corrosion testing meter and KYKY1000B scanning electron microscope, doing the experiment under the condition of wet hydrogen sulfide and making analysis of electron chemistry, thermodynamics and dynamics, advance the appropriate preventatives in order to provide the valuable guidance to the anticorrosion job of mechanical equipment in the petrochemical industry.
