On the base of summarizing the sludge incineration technology, this thesis comprehensively research the running problem of sludge incineration furnace. An intelligence control strategy for the sludge incineration cybernation system is put forward.This paper introduce the source of sludge and the survey of the process of sludge. With argumentation, it is concluded that the sludge incineration is the trend of the development of sludge processing domain. And bed temperature is an important parameter of sludge incineration furnace control system. From experimental data, the bed temperature cybernetic model is established in this thesis. Three types fuzzy controllers are designed: the basic fuzzy controller, the self-adjusting weighted coefficient fuzzy controller, the fuzzy-PI composite controller. The fuzzy control system is simulated on the bed temperature of the sludge incineration furnace. And in order to solve the problem of building fuzzy control rules difficultly for some complex sludge incineration furnace bed temperature control system, an mechanism of automatically creating fuzzy control rules based on genetic algorithm is presented. This intelligence fuzzy control strategy has been proved to have good application and referenced with simulating calculation. Combining of the method proposed in this article applying for the sludge incineration furnace is more advanced than the traditional method with PID algorithm. Bed temperature can keep aimed bed temperature, it could achieve the ideal control goal of safety , steady and economy running. |
