These years, in the wastewater treatment system, in order to achieve the running of the high quality, low consumption, stabilization and credibility, many wastewater treatment plants of the world adopt advanced controlling techniques and computer techniques to form a system, which is supervised, controlled and managed by computer. Aeration is an important technics process of wastewater aerobic biology treatment system. The bubble aeration process will heavily impact the biology treatment efficiency, while it is also a process that cost much energy. The energy consumption of bubble aeration equipments stands large proportion in the running expense of the wastewater treatment plant. Combining the important project of Sichuan province, this paper emphasis on the design and realization of the intelligent controlling system in aeration system of the wastewater treatment. Firstly, from the whole controlling system of the wastewater treatment, the controlling net of the wastewater treatment DCS, which is based on CAN bus, is described briefly in this paper. Secondly, introduce and analyze the aeration system in the whole controlling net in emphasis. In this section, a new style diffuser is presented, upgrading the existing brush aeration. According to this new style diffuser, we designed two closed loop controlling system. An intelligent controlling board is designed and introduced in more detail. Finally, the software design of the aeration system is expatiated. We adopt the KEIL and WAVE2000 as the compile and emulation tools. On the base of the current condition, we simulated and experimented the controlling process.
