In this thesis, the development of a fully electrical control system for flour mill is presented. This system mainly includes both closed loop control device of dynamoelectric control gap and automatic feeding closed loop control device with feeding velocity measurement, which can display fully in Chinese.According to the technological requirements, the closed loop control system models of automatic feeding and dynamoelectric control gap are built based on PID control principle. By the parameters of sample machine and common mill, the control models are simulated and analyzed. The results show that the two control models are proper, and the important control parameters are got from simulating analysis.Surrounding MSP430F149 MCU, which is the core of the fully electric control system for flour mill, the periphery circuits of input/output interface and display direction are designed, and the other circuits are modified in the debugging. By analyzing control process, control strategies of software are worked out, and every task is arranged. The control methods are found out for the three difficult technological problems of dynamoelectric control gap, which include gap measurement, tiny gap control and fast performance control. By assembling and debugging in sample machine, and adjusting at heavy load test spot, some technical measures are taken to prevent the disturbance, vibration and dust, which can spoil the stability of the system.Through the heavy load test, this control system has met the technological requirements, and can be used in the flour mill.
