| The development of microfluidic analysis has attracted scientists worked in chemistry, biology, electronic engineering and mechanical engineering. Microfluidic systems with various detection methods are widely applied in analytical chemistry. In this work, a microfluidic analysis system coupling to GC/GC-MS was developed and applied in doping control. In the first chapter, the development of the multi-laminar flow and the liquid-liquid extraction based on microfluidic chip were introduced. More than 50 papers published in these fields within 10 years were cited. In the second chapter, a liquid-liquid extraction system driven by gravity was developed. Compared to conventional extraction systems, microfluidic chip based extraction has many advantages, such as simple operation, high efficiency and low consumption. In this work, the extraction microfluidic chip is coupling to GC to achieve separation and detection, and applied for the separation and the detection of doping samples. In the third chapter, a chip based extraction system with continuous sampling and automatic collection was developed. By connecting with a capillary as sampling probe, continuous sample changing could be realized easily. By using the sequence injection system, the automatic collection of the extrant could be achieved. The present system has the advantages of simple structure, convenient and automated operation. Besides doping control, the system can be applied for other systems served as a sample pretreatment tool. |
