Single The Wizard Wet Fabric

The research and development of moisture transported and dry-fast fabric has been wildly interested by the people at home and abroad. The most advantage of natural fiber is that it satisfies the man's demand of health and comfort.The effect of moisture transported and dry-fast has been improved in the treatment fabric. The thermal resistance and moisture-vapor resistance of the fabric designed in the paper have been decreased, comparing with the same standard cotton fabric.Using the water and oil repellent finishing agent to treat the cotton fabric of single-side with the method of flat screen-printing has been studied in this paper. The distributing and penetration depth of finishing agent in the fabric were controlled by adjusting the thickening of paste and the scraping pressure. One side of the fabric is hydrophilic and the other is hydrophobic, which formed the construction of two-side construction with hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity. Water or sweat can be transported from the treatment side to the other side, quickly pervade and evaporate. The effect of comfort has been obtained by keeping the fabric's inside surface relatively dry.The process was optimized with the coating machine. And the optimum finishing agent mainly was: water and oil repellent agent(50g/L);thickening agent(3%);scraping thickness(2.5mm);low temperature cross linking agentFK-L4(6g/L);MgCl₂(0.1g/L). The optimum treatment process of the flat screen-printing machine was obtained. The optimum result was: the diameter of scraping stick (8mm);speed rate (eighth gear);pressure (second-third gear);finish area ratio of the fabric (60%-70%). The excellent water repellent durability on the fabric is evident from the testing data of frictional resistance and launderability.The research method in this paper can be used wildly, such as weaving fabric, knitted fabric, etc.The main testing indexes are: contact angle, gas permeation, moisture penetration, thermal resistance and wet-vapor resistance. These indexes were used to evaluate the finishing effect and to optimize the process of finishing.Natural fiber is "green fiber", so it is fit for the consumer sentiment. Especially, the advantages of comfort, gas permeation, moisture penetration on the cotton fabric are widely favored by consumers. In the study, the property of moisture transportedand dry-fast has been obtained by finishing of single-side on the cotton fabric, which will be having an enormous market.
