Ginkgo bilobn L. was well known by the world about which was realive after the nuclear explosion .Many researchers were intrested in the extracts of ginkgo bilobn with good action on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Schwabe requested a making patent for EGB761,but of which the content of the ginkgoic acid was no more high than 10ppm. Shanghai academy at tradditional Chinese medicine found a new technology with which the content of ginkgoic acid is not more than 5ppm.The original preparation,Xingling granules,were welcomed by many patents with it's effective cure for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.The ginkgo biloba extracts of ginkgolide and ginkgo flavonol were dissoluble in water,as had the low bioavailability ,but the Yingxingtongzhi dispersible tablets have more high bioavailability.By the investigation of preparation technology research ,we do many experiments with hydroxypropyl cellulose,low-substituted, lactose,mannitol,crospovidone,calcium phosphate,sodium starch glycolate,xylitol.Then we found a good way to make the Yingxingtongzhi compound dispersible tablets.The thin layer chromatography was established to determine the ginkgolide and flavonol in the ginkgo despersible tablets. The HPLC method with Evaporating Light Scattering Detecter(ELSD) was established to determine the content of bilobalide, ginkgolide A,B,C. and the HPLC method with UV detecter was established to determine the flavonol in the ginkgo despersible tablets respectively.The operating conditions of HPLC-ELSD were obtained weth a nebulizer nitrogen flow-rate of 2.70ml/min and an evaporator tube temperature of 105℃.We also found the way of preparation quality control.We developed the way of ginkgolide quality control by HPLC-ELSD,which had more accuracy,stability,etc.The way of ginkgo dispersible tablets quality control was true,and the preparation technology was practicable.
