High-speed Cutting Process Research And Development Of The Database Management System

As the main basic techniques of manufacturing processes, cutting processing technology acquired prodigious advancement at the end of 20th century. It had turned into a new phase that characterized by developing High-Speed Machining, empoldering new cutting techniques and machining methods, affording whole set techniques. Currently new cutting technics represented by High-Speed Machining, dry cutting, hard machining have showed its powerful vitality and lots of strongpoint, it has become the main approach for manufacturing to improve procreative efficiency and quality, and to reduce cost. Cutting force will reduce about 25-30% along with increasing of cutting speed. But there still exist new task for modern cutting technique to develop new cutting technique such as HSM, to promote the advancement of manufacturing.High-Speed Machining should not only consider as a small increase of cutting speed but achieving its goals of germination improvement of cutting speed and feeding speed, prominent increase in processing efficiency based on full development and innovation including momentous advancement of NC machine tools, coatings, cutlery structure etc. Only in this way can HSM achieves its goals of germination improvement of cutting speed and feeding speed, prominent increase in processing efficiency. To economize mechanical processing times to 50% for whole manufacturing industry, to reduce difference between China and developed country in industry, to make HSM available in production, is the main goal and challenge of career man who are about manufacturing and cutler. The key techniques of HSM include: 1.HSM cutting tools; 2.HSM machine tools; 3.HSM technics; 4.HSM mechanisms; 5.HSM mechanism; 6.HSM CAD/CAM software.Due to a new cutting method, handbooks of process parameters are still not provided for HSM.
