With economic development of China, The Contradictory that water resources is supplied and demanded becomes more and more obvious, Specially north city in China. The water resources have become one of restriction factors of local economic development. Therefore, People must seek the new water source; the reclaimed water technology arises correspondingly. The reclaimed water is playing the noticeable role in the People's life. It can be used for the agriculture, industry, scenic water etc. It is an effective way to solve the shortage of water resource.In this dissertation, a study focuses on the productive experiment of reclaimed water in the WuLongKou sewage treatment plant. On the basis of the study on start-up and running of the treatment of the reclaimed water, we achieved the technological parameters that were fit for the treatment of the reclaimed water of this sewage treatment plant. The experiments results shows that coagulant (PAC) dosage is 25-30mg/l. In the practice, the dosage of PAC should be adjusted according to the water quality. The cycle of sludge discharged out of horizontal sedimentation tank is 1 hour. The cycle of the filter tank is 24 hours. After start-up and running of the treatment of the reclaimed water, in the process , technological parameters are tested in 53-day stable examination. The result indicates those parameters are reasonable and reliable; its' operation cost is 0.383RMB/m3.Selecting PAC and the polymerization aluminum chloride (PAFC) makes chemical removal phosphorus contrast experiment, finally indicated: The PAC efficiency is better than PAFC's, and suits the technological need of WuLongKou sewage treatment plant, whose best dosage is 30mg/l; In this experiment, it also discovered that, chemical removal phosphorus follow equal mole reaction. In the phase, dosage of PAC increased, the efficiency of chemical removal phosphorus will increase, but it has a limit, namely the best dosage. When PAC's dosage is more than the best value, chemical removal phosphorus no longer follow along with mole reaction, and also the efficiency of removal phosphorus is not obvious, above all in the water the remained phosphorus removes difficultly.In the operation and practice of the reclaimed water , it discovers: massive Algae reproductions can reduce filter cycle in the filter tank, and may add the chlorine to prevent Algae in the water; In two levels of water, the high concentration of nitrate cause easily SS to elevate in sedimentation pond, and aggravates the filter load in the...
