| This paper made use of Barium aluminate which is combined by aluminium hydroxid and barium carbonate under the condition of high temperature .As for the liquor (the unrefined solution and the washable water ) of sodium aluminate of high grade bauxite containing sulfur of GUIZHOU province ,we made the desulphurizing experiment .For the rate of desulphurizing, the rate of decarboning, the utilization rate of desulphurizing and the total utilization rate of desulphurizing, the paper deeply studied their influential factor .The experiment showed the washable water's the rate of desulphurizing was better.The result showed that the optimum conditions for Barium aluminate desulphurizing are the additive quantity of Barium aluminate 100%, desulphurizing temperature 65℃and desulphurizing time 40min.Under these conditions, the rate of desulphurizing can reach to 94.93% and the rate of decarboning can reach to 90.83%. Meanwhile, the optimum conditions of the utilization ratio of desulphurizing are the additive quantity of Barium aluminate 60%, desulphurizing temperature 65℃ and desulphurizing time 20min.Under these conditions, the utilization rate of desulphurizing can reach to 41.50%. Under the optimum condition of the total utilization rate of desulphurizing (the additive quantity of Barium aluminate 60%, desulphurizing temperature 85 ℃ and desulphurizing time 30min), the total utilization rate of desulphurizing can reach to 98.02%.At the same time, By discussion and calculation, These two desulphurizing ways(Barium aluminate desulphurizing and Barium hydroxid desulphurizing) have the same mechanism, advisable process of desulfurization and equipments. Using the additive of Barium aluminate in sodium aluminate liquor, the low cost of combining Barium aluminate results in the low cost of desulphurizing. The cost of using Barium aluminate desulphurizing is the half of that of using Barium hydroxid desulphurizing.Now it is the best economic and rational desulphurizing way and this method has offered integrated experimental evidence for industrial production. |
