This experiment used QueShan LakeRservoir water (JiNan) which was slightly polluted as research object. Jar test coagulations in laboratory and pilot scale tests with dynamic operation have been done to study the effect factors of coagulation and 03-Enhanced coagulation craft. Through vary coagulation category, hydraulic power conditions, water temperature and pH value we studied the handle outcome and make sure the optimization coagulation parameter. In addition, in view of the difficulties caused by low-temperature, low-turbidity water in winter, we studied the 03-Enhanced coagulation craft and confirmed the optimal oxidation time of ozone. This experiment adopt jar test to study the effect of coagulation category on coagulation outcome. The result showed that the PASC was better than PAFC in dosage usage, but PAFC has very good effect on the treatment of algae and Chla removal, the removal rate each was 45.3% and 29.6%. FeCl3 can lower a little the pH value of raw water, but it also can brought chroma increase. pH value can strongly effect the coagulation process. The best pH value is 6.5-7.5.The bio-flocculants called B-16 was used to treat Micro-polluted water. Experiments showed that comparing with PAMDAAC and PAM the bio-flocculants B-16 has the strongpoint of safety, high efficiency and non-pollution etc. It can advance abio-flocculation's ability of turbidity and CODMn removal. The turbidity and CODMn removal of PASC with B-16(0.06mg/L) is higher 28% and 19% than PASC only. The animal toxicity test showed that B-16 has no acute reaction. Theoretical analyses have been presented in the paper about the coagulation mechanism of B-16.This experiment studied the effect of hydraulic power conditions on coagulation process. The result showed that mixing intensity of coagulation is very important to the removal efficiency. Subsection coagulation process is better than one stiring intensity only. The best procedure is 350r/min lmin then 80r/min 10min and 40r/min 10min. Meanwhile we studied the effect of turbidity and temperature of raw water on coagulation process. The result showed that high turbidity and temperature is better...
