Semi-dry Flue Gas Desulfurization technology has these character: dry product, lower water consuming, simple technology, cheap, small area, suitable to retrofit of exiting units, and therefore suit the condition of our country, so it has been used by more and more medium and small -sized station boiler. Semi-dry FGD technology based on circulated fluidized bed can use the recycled reactive product and flyash to achieve higher sorbent utilization ratio and S02 removal efficiency on the condition of low Ca/S molar ratio. But most of the particles of gas-solid flow is carried out of fluidized-bed and lead to has less retention time. So in this dissertation a new gas-solid flow mode and a cold experiment rig which is made by a inner sleeve and a helical blade assembled in the venturi throat, is put forward to solve wetting and agglomeration, high external and low sorbent utilization in the traditional CFB-FGD technologies, to enhance the mass and heat transfer, increase the internal circulation, and to increase the sorbent utilization and S02 removal efficiency.The new experiment rig was made. 3-Demension Particle Dynamics Analyzer(3-D PDA) is used to measure fluency rule under different eddies angle and air flux on the condition of different gas velocity.Form the data analysis, The axial velocity of irrotational flow experiment rig is higher than the axial velocity of the whirl experiment rig in the same position; at the same section, the axial velocity of irrotational flow experiment rig decrease obviously and the tangential velocity increase promptly and maximizing at the wall of the bed as the increase of the non-dimensional radius; the axial velocity become uniform and the tangential velocity decrease gradually as the increase of height; as the increase of velocity, the axial velocity is not as uniform as on it's low velocity, the tangential velocity become higher, the gas-solid slip velocity increase appreciably.The wall particle concentration of irrotational flow experiment rig is higher than the center concentration. On the condition of whirl flow, The particle concentration increase rapidly, and maximizing at the wall of the bed , that illuminate the whirl fluidization increase internal circulation, its mechanics is that: 1 .the input air of inner sleeve is larger, the peripheric air is lower, it correspond to non-uniform bio wing-in; 2. eddies current lengthens particle contrail, and keep a higher concentration of the particle.The whirl flow mode can lead the particle to have more retention time, increase the internal circulation, enhance the concentration of the particle, solve wetting and...
