The rotation flow separation technique is a new kind of technology to deal with dirt water with oil. The hydrocyclone has many advantages, such as compact construction, small volume, high efficiency, long lifetime, easy to operate and maintain, and so on.This text leads the static hydrocyclone of the normal regulations into the chemical engineering produces, using for the construction with greasy dirt water handles, on originally mature technique foundation improving the construction of the hydrocyclone, deeply researching the turbulence in the hydrocyclone, and designing a hydrocyclone that is suitable for actual operation parameter request, making it fit chemical engineering produce, can not only do away with the term with aquatic oil in greasy dirt divide, increase the standard rate of expelling the dirty water with oil of the device ,and can reclaim the oil resources under condition of do not lower personal status.This text bases on the mathematics model of the calculator, that application calculation fluid mechanics( Computational Fluid Dynamics — CFD) to study the characteristic and distribute regulation of the flow field of the hydrocyclone.At the same time we optimize construction of the tube form of the static hydrocyclone, designing the tube form construction that is suitable for parameter request of actual chemical engineering produces. This research will exploit a new area of the actual application of the hydrocyclone.
