| At present, mostly yellow phosphor production still locates the got-up or half- got-up cortrol state due to capacity cortrol theory basing on phosphor furnace is immature at home,and hasn't gotten across excellent processing parameters to produce.Basically, it utilizes experiential parameters to direct to produce, resulted in higher consuming energy, greater environment pollution, bigger fluctuant product quality and output. Therefore, phosphor furnace processing parameters optimization is the key of yellow phosphor production,is sticking point of saving energy and reducing consumption,and has guidance significance for realizing capacity of cortrol technology of phosphor furnace.This paper studies phosphor furnace processing parameters optimization aiming at the trait of yellow phosphor production. Firstly,this paper sums up the application actuality of artificial neural network at yellow phosphor production, introduces BP and RBF network by the numbers, nerve network design facing to MATLAB workbox, and the modeling problem of nerve network. This paper discusses the processing principle of the whole phosphor furnace system, analyses phosphor furnace system from saving energy, ascertains 13 primary influence parameters,then exploits the VB programme of furnace material mix ratio calculation and phosphor furnace processing parameters optimization design according to existent disadvantage and problem, synchronously, applies triumphantly BP and RBF network for furnace processing parameters forecast design, compares the forecast error of BP with RBF, chooses optimal network. Bases on upwards job, author foundes optimization match material math model to material input parameters applying goal programming,and applies "goal programming" module in WinQSB software to solve. Finally, athor ascertains apt furnace material mix ratio and exploit VB calculate programme.Finally,in this paper,16 processing parameters of yellow phosphor production examples are employed to network training and modify. About 20 examples are employed to check the network,and the result coherent to practice.the constringency velocity and forecast precision meet production need.the work of training and check is done in MATLAB,and the network parameters are exported to VB for net-simulate.The program are easy to use which made the design of phosphor furnace processing parameters forecast.Intercourse of human and computer is high-blooded,leads to programme job of phosphor furnace processing parameters forecast and search optimization, validates that the system is feasible and effective according to primary function. |
