| The Chinese traditional medicine is famous in the world in the recent years. More and more research is centralized in its quality control method.Flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) is a mature analytical spectrometric method. This method is widely used for research work and routine analysis in various fields.Dioscorea opposita Thunb, also called Rhizoma Dioscoreae, is a well known traditional medicinal material used in China, has been used as an important traditional medicinal material used in China for long time.In the present paper, a flame atomic absorption spectrometric (FAAS) method is presented for determination of elements including potassium, calcium, sodium, magnesium, copper, zinc, iron, manganese, strontium, and nickel in Dioscorea opposita Thunb samples. The proposed method was based on wet digestion in the sample pre-treatment and determination by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS).High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is a new technique of isolationand analysis since the end of 1960s on the bases of classic Liquid Chromatography and Gas Chromatography. In the present paper, a HPLC method presented for Quality control of chlorogenic acid in Lonicera japonica Thunb.In the forth chapter of the present study, Epinedii Herba is disquisited of the Quality control method by HPLC. The method is simple and convenient, the RSD is 1.80%, the recoveries are between 94.25% -101.24%. |
