| Distributing device distributes the sintering mixture mixed to platform of sintering machine in course of sintering according to production technology requirement. Distributing quality will effect directly allumage condition; of charge level, consumption of coal gas and burn-up of solid,and will effect the quality of finished sintering ore product.According to process requirements and equipment condition about distributing device ,The thesis establishes the control program of hydraulic system about distributing device . The control of distributing is drived by oil cylinder; the design is done that hydraulic system adoptes electro-hydraulic proportional control system to adjust distributing draw-gate ;and determines that main circuit uses proportional reversal valve to control up-down and speed of hydraulic cylinder. Specification, model number and parameter of main parts in electro-hydraulic proportional system are designed and determined at the meantime.Mathematic model and design calculation of hydraulic control system about distributing device are finished in the basis of determining parts parameter of hydraulic system . Through theoretical analysis, mathematic model and transfer function of proportional valve-control dissymmetrical hydraulic cylinder of distributing device are established firstly according to flow-load equation and force balance equation of oil cylinder.Technique of simulation is utilized to simulate dynamic and static course and response frequency of hydraulic regulating system about distributing device .The result proves that hydraulic system designed operates smoothly and responses quickly,and it meet distributing draw-gate the process requirement of start-stop in time and distributing smoothly, uniformly.
