Endophytic Bacteria Hccb00167 Fermentation Products

Endophyte is an important resource of natural drugs. In this research work, 1760 fermentation samples were prepared and tested on 9 models. Many of them showed activities on different models. The second round screening demonstrated that 3 samples had strong inhibitory bioactivity against foam cell formation process in macrophage, 3 samples had strong inhibitory bioactivity against HIV-1 integrase, 2 samples had strong inhibitory bioactivity against PTPLAR, 6 samples had strong inhibitory bioactivity against HsMetaP1 and 7 samples had strong inhibitory bioactivity against PTP1B. So, one strain, HCCB000167, which had strong inhibitory bioactivity against HFV-1 integrase, was selected for further study.Through observing colony characteristic and microstructure, HCCB000167 was designated as a member of Myceliophthora Cost..Through purification methods like solvent extraction, silica gel chromatography, HPLC preparation, etc, seven compounds were isolated from HCCB000167 broth and acetone extractant of mycelium, which were designated as HCCB00167-1, HCCB00167-2,HCCB00167-3,HCCB00167-4,HCCB00167-5, HCCB00167 -6, HCCB00167-7, respectively. The related physical and chemical characteristics were tested and their molecular weight had been confirmed .Their molecular weight are 396, 428, 179, 356, 284, 458, 268 , respectively .We had soluted their molecular formula and frame, via mass spectrum and ¹H-NMR å’Œ ¹³C-NMR and planar NMR.
