The woven fabric for shape winding is a kind of single layer woven cloth, which was produced in accordance with the shape spread out by the solid of revolution. Its manufacturing uses mainly the present weaving technology. By improving the let-off and take-up mechanisms in the weaving machine, shape fabric can be manufactured in mechanization. The study mainly focused on shaping winding woven fabric for the solid of revolution, expatiating on weaving theory of shape fabric for the solid of revolution, design of an even structure, weaving methods and then manufacturing shape fabrics, research of molding for shape fabric, and indicate some problems in the weaving shape fabric.Actual experiment of the weaving shape fabric is divided into two parts: One is the weaving annular fabric , another is the weaving shape fabric of the spindly solid of revolution .In order to improve molding effect fot shape fabric, the study based on the premise that met weaving requirements improved the let-off, beating and take-up mechanisms in the weaving machine. In the weaving annular fabric, the taper roller is designed by the parameters of shape fabric, which can improve the molding effect of shape fabric. In the the weaving shape fabric of the spindly solid of revolution, the study focused on the reason of the bad molding, found a formula to expatiate the molding coefficient, and elicit critical coefficient by observing the molding effect in weaving fabric when shape fabric begin to occur the bad molding. The critical coefficient can become standard of deciding whether the convex parts of the spindly solid of revolution is fractionized.The design of convex parts of the spindly solid of revolution after fractionizing can improve the molding effect of shape fabric.
