| The mineral processing of mixed sulphide and oxided lead and zinc ore containing rich-pyrite and rich-silver is very difficult in world and the index is low. This is because the content of pyrite is very high and the flotability of pyrite is good and the difference of the flotability between minerals is not obvious, the selectivity of reagents to minerals is not good. Lanchang Lead and Zinc Concentrator is dealing with this kind of ores. The technological process is very complex and the recovery of lead, zinc and silver based on the common rearents and technological process is very low.The experimental test and scale-up continuous test on the ores have been done. In the tests, high selective collectors (YN-1 and YN-2) studied by ourselves and mixed regulators added in mill were used, the intermediate products of the tests were gathered and returned to the mill. The results show that the lead concentrate containing 62.23% Pb and 2214g/t Ag with Pb recovery of 82.40%, the zinc concentrate containing 50.45% Zn and 0.081% As with Zn recovery of 88.94% have been obtained when the ores contain 4% Pb and 4% Zn, 36% S and the oxidation ratio of lead minerals reaches 34%.To compare primary techmological process, the grade of lead concentrate increased 18.91%, the silver grade increased 200g/t, the lead recovery increased 19.84%, the silver recovery increased 11%, the grade of zinc concentrate increased 9.47%, and the zinc recovery increased 31.37%.The results of tests show that the index of mineral processing of the ores became good, the comprehensive utilization ratio of the mineral resources is high, the flotation rate of minerals became fast, the intermediate prodects decreased and the mineral processing cost is low. The technological process is suitable to the mixed sulphide and oxided lead and zinc ore containing rich-pyrite and rich-silver of Lanchang Lead and Zinc Plant and is suitable to this kind of ores of other mineral processing plant. |
