We have do some research and development work about the FUFANGSHUANGSHEN Injection which is the new developed TCM in the treatment of cancer.1 Research about the summarize of literatures about the research general situation of the cancer, the liposomes and the herbal medicines that constitute the Injection. To place emphasis on the evolvement of the cognition and treatment to cancer, on the characteristic, the quality, the configuration, the preparing method, the research of quality standard and the application in pharmaceutics of the liposomes, on the research general situation about the chemistry component, the pharmacological function, the technology of abstraction and the content assaying of the medicines that constitute the Injection.2 Research about the antitumor activity of medicines. Seeing about the restrain effect to the tumor cells of the alkaloid and the saponin by the method of MTT colorimetry. Protracting the cell-develop curve under the process of different concentration and different effect time with the alkaloid and the saponin, in order to probe into the relationship between the dose-effect , time-effect and the matched-pair of the tow drugs with the growth of the cancer cells. After confirmed the envelop methord, we screened many factors such as drug-phospholipid rate, phospholipid-cholesterol rate, liposomes'hatch temperature and the ammonium sulfate's concentration to establish the envelopment technology. |
