The fourth part emphatically analyzes the potential difficulty on persisting fairness principle; The fifth part expounds the way to implement fairness principle, proposes how to implement the fairness among the members of each generation and what should be persisted to achieve the fairness between the succeeding generations, and pointes out the ultimate fairness in which a complete sustainable development theory system must persist, is an integration of fairness between the succeeding generations and fairness among the members of each generation.From the philosophy point of view, this article analyzes systematically and thoroughly the fairness principle in sustainable development, which not only has positive importance for us to study the sustainable development more deeply, but also provides policy suggestion to improve sustainable development strategy.
