| The plastic industry is one of the important support of national economy. Reuse of the pastic was the only way of the development of plastic industry. The reuse of pastic industry is flourishing, it also bring some problems of environmental pollution correspondingly at the same time. Because the waste plastic must be washing, there are certain quantity of organic compound and suspended solid. If discharged directly, they may be bad to crops and the resident of water source place. The problem of water contamination may be the main obstacle of the development of plastic reuse company.Now, the methods of sewage treatment main contain physical method, physical chemistry method and biological method. The biologic treatment mainly uses the vitalprocess of the microorganism to transfer and transform the dissolved or colloid organic contamination. The biological treatment contains aerobic treatment and anaerobic treatment.Aerobic treatment mainly uses active sludge microorganism to synthesize the organic to new cell matter or to decompose the organism. Then after the flocculating, subsiding and separating which is accomplished by the thalli organism formed by synthesized cell, the organism are wiped off the sewage, and the water become clean.Anaerobic reactor is a kind of efficiency and economic sewage treated equipment, it integrate the wipe off of organism and the callback of the methane. The fast development of the anaerobic reactor offers important technology of callback of hi-concentration organic sewage and sanitary sewage.Slag tiny electrolyse method, the theory of biologic treatment, development of anaerobic reactor and two phase anaerobic assimilation technic, perfection process of multiphase anaerobic reactor, the reseach status of ABR reactor in demestic and overseas, work theory of ABR, technics and performance characters of ABR are researched in this paper.This thesis is on trial research, aiming at the plastics recovery waste water with low density of Shandong province LinYi. The recovery processes of old plastics product have become the predominant industry in that region, however, the output waste water is hard to concentrates to handle, producing the pollution to the environment, endangering people health. In order to solve the water pollution of plastics recovery discards and realize the circle of inside water, this experiment adopts successively the physical chemistry method, aerobic treatment and anaerobic treatment to handle plastics recovery waste water, and compares the process of treatment with the practical result in engineering.In the experiment of slag tiny electrolyse method, we study the relation with the quantity of flocculation and the rate of dealing with COD, at the same time, we aslo study the influence of reaction times to do away with the COD; In aerobic treatment, we study the complexion of dealing with COD under different water and dirty physical volume with different aeration time; In the process of ABR method to handle plastics recovery waste water, we study the starting of ABR reactor, and investigate the best condition to treat the waste water with the ABR reactor at normal temperature 25 °C, and study the influence to the ABR reactor to deal with waste water with different capacity carries of water, the HRT and temperature, and study the restartment of ABR reactor.According to the current data, we use the method of ABR to deal with plastics recovery waste water, haven't appeared in newspaper; we use the physical chemistry method, aerobic treatment and anaerobic treatment to handle plastics recovery waste water, at the same time, comparing the actual result of handling the lower COD density waste water with the three kinds of methods, the experiment contents is very complete; the plastics recovery waste water which have been handled, can be used to irrigate the wood, having the practical value of certain engineering. |
