As the most important influence of the flotation purpose, bubble generation equipment is the study priority for years. The generation of the bubble is an application about the three-phase flow of gas-liquid-solid, It is very complicated. In this article we firstly study the production process of micro soaks and research the theory of the bubble generation equipment. We found the Mechanics Model which describes the station of the three- phase flow in the bubble generation equipment based on the property by using the theory of Hydromechanics. Secondly this paper presents the numerical simulation for the three-phase flow in the generator of air bubble designed by ourselves by using CFD . The result indicated that gas phase involve and the air bubble production and the mix mainly is decided by the mixture chamber structure pattern, but the throat and the expanding duct have the major function to the air bubble distribution. Based on the simulated result,we improved the design of generator of air bubble. Lastly, we ascertained the important influence of the bubble generation equipment, and have optimized the operation parameters and the structure parameters by experiments. It proves that the bubble generation equipment we desighed is comparatively succeed and the improving methods are also effective according to the experimental result.The selection about this article comes from the natural science fund in YunNan province. The article has some meaning on researching column flotation in selecting tiny ore granule.
