The characteristic of burning method for dealing with city daily garbage is remarkable effect of reduction of volume. The volume may be reduced of 90%while 20%~30%of mass still exist in burning ash which could result in second hand pollution. Because ash contains heavy metal, Dioxins, such poisonal subjects, burning ash is main body of second hand pollution which contains fly ash and bottom-ash, fly ash belongs to dangerous waste material and bottom-ash belongs to normal nonpoisonous waste material in our country which could be directly buried or be used as architecture materials.Recently, with development of economic, there are garbage burning power plants built up in more and more cities. We have accumulated some experience on dealing with city daily garbage burning and made plenty of study on second hand pollution generated from burning process. However, the study mainly concentrate on flying-ash such dangerous waste materials rarely on normal waste materials. Therefore, how to deal with burning ash safely and effectively becomes urgent environmental and social problem. Melting method to cope with burning ash received increasing attention. However, the technology of making garbage gas directly, melting and burning would make processes of garbage departing by heat, burning ,melting of ash integration which is a new generation of technology having huge potential energy.This paper studies basic nature and melting nature of burning ash of garbage burning factory and potential reaction in ash melting process in some city in east region of China. Burning ash is a kind of non-average mixing which contains mainly about硅酸盐, oxide carbonic acid salt and solving salts.Now we use instantaneous thermal analytic instrument STA-409PC of NETZSCH company in German having a result of TG-DTG-DSC curve from which we could see there are three apparrent steps of ash melting process: evaporation of water steam, separation of remaining carbonic acid salt and melting of sulfuric acid salt .Analys influence of TG-DTG-DSC curve: with the increase of temperature rate, TG-DTG-DSC curves have an accordance tendance in different rates. TG curve moves to high temperature side that is on the same weightlessness circumstance with the rate higher the melting temperature is higher too. In the same temperature, with the rate lower the weightlessness is lower too. With the rate increase DTG curve moves to high temperature side too the temperature which contrast to maximum weightlessness rate increase the maximum weightlessness rate increase too. However, with a higher rate of temperature increase and a higher maximum temperature there is not a similar regulation of maximum measure of area on DSC curve.According to TG-DSC curve building an ash melting dynamics model, ash melting belongs to zero step reaction with rate having no relationship with concentration. From equation we could calculate factor of ash melting dynamics which provides theoretical basis for melting process design.Make ash melting experiments on ash melting point intrusment to exam the melting point of ash. Make a study influence of CaO, total alkalinity-oxide,SiO2+CaO,alkalinity and experimental atmosphere to ash melting point. With the increase of the amount of CaO the ash burning melting point decrease when additional amount of CaO in ash is less than 33% while more than 33% in contrast. When amount of total alkalinity-oxide exceeds 46% the burning ash melting point decrease with a increase of amount of total alkalinity-oxide while increase in contrast. When the amount of (Al2O3+SiO2) increase ash melting point increase too. When alkalinity is about 1 the ash melting point comes to the minimum. According to many experiments in different atmosphere we could make the result that the melting point will be the minimum when they are in weak reduction material and maximum in oxidization atmosphere.At last there is a brief introduction on usage circumstance of resource on city daily life garbage melting ash.
