This paper prepared natural anti-bacterial fiber containing different sumof chitin——chitin/viscose blend fiber through the method of blending theirsolutions. The experiment process was carried out on the middle scaleproduction line in Helon CO.,Ltd.. The structure of blend fiber wascharacterized by X-ray diffraction, SEM, FT-IR and orientationdetermination by sonic velocity device.The dyeing experiments of blend fiber were done with standard activityand direct dyes. We decided the best dyeing technical conditions,meanwhile, the samples had acceptable antibacterial properties. The activitydyes includes kinds of X, K, KN, KM.The antibacterial experiments were carried out in medical college ofQingdao University, according to the latest industry standard onantibacterial textile in China. The structures of samples were alsocharacterized by SEM and FT-IR. We analyzed the influents destroyed theantibacterial effects of blend fiber, which could direct the production. |
