Contemporary Western Eco-socialist Thought And Building A Socialist Harmonious Society

As ethos of left wing, eco-socialism sprung up in green peaceful movements in 1970s and grew up in the late of 1980s and the early of 1990s.It's the result of combining western Marxism ethos with the new social movements, which reflects the contemporary western left-wing scholars'new perspective on global ecological crisis which engendered by Capitalism, meanwhile, which reflects the western Marxists'new opinions on socialism, and put forwards the new outlook on understanding socialism.The theories of eco-socialism are based on the relations between man and nature, and take ecological benefits as their core values, and regard harmonious development between man and nature as their perfect objective, and also take the economy, politics and other activities into consideration.So they inaugurate a view on capitalism and socialism which called"green view".The thesis proceeds from the era backgrounds of eco-socialism and expounds the development course of eco-socialism in social reasons, system origin and culture variance.
