| Developing new type catalysts were an effectively method to eliminate undesirable sulfur to meet the more and more strict environmental regulation for fuel oils. Some new transitional nitricarbides, which had excellent properties of selective adsorption and hydrogenolysis of sulfur compounds, were prepared using temperature-programmed reaction method by carburisation at 650℃for 0.5~1.5h. The new catalytic materials were characterised by XRD, N2 adsorption. Dibenzothiophene was used as model compound to evaluate the desulfurization performance, and micro-coulometric titration method was used to measure the sulfur content. The results suggested that: (1) the prepared new materials—Ni/Mo/C/γ-Al2O3,Co/Mo/C/γ-Al2O3,Cu/Mo/C/H-Y display better desulfurization effect than others; (2) for Ni/Mo/C/γ-Al2O3,Cu/Mo/C/H-Y, the sulfur content could be decreased from 1000μg/g to 50μg/g as the cumulative disposing volume up to 44mL. As to Co/Mo/C/γ-Al2O3, the sulfur content could be decreased from 1000μg/g to 0μg/g as the cumulative disposing volume up to 45mL, and decreased to 50μg/g as the cumulative disposing volume up to 50mL; (3) the adsorptive sulfur compound could be desorbed at 400℃with H2 and the catalyst could be regenerated simultaneously. |
