Nickle nanoparticles were prepared by the means of oxidation-reduction, and the influence of the solvent, the dispersant, the pH value and the reagent concentration on the size and the dispersion of nickle nanoparticles were analyzed; Polymethacrylate(PMMA) particles were prepared by the means of suspension polymerization, and the influence of dispersant type, dispersant content and the temperature on the size and the dispersion of PMMA particles were analyzed. Based on the optimizing preparation methods, Nano-nickle particles were prepared in liquid phase by the means of chemical liquid deposition. Nickle/SiC composite particles, nickle/Fly-ash cenosphere composite particles and nickle/PMMA composite particles wered prepared by using Nano-nickle particles to coat the micro-SiC, micro-Fly-ash cenosphere, micro-PMMA particles. The preparation methods and technology of composite particles were explored.The effect of different surfactants, surfactants content and coated particles content on the coated effect was studied. The test results of SEM, FTIR, XRD, Granularity Analysis and some other analytical methods shows that, the composite particles are completely and compactly coated.Through the research of the thesis, various even and compact coated composite particles are prepared with SiC particles, Fly-ash cenosphere particles and PMMA particles as the maternal particle and nano-Nickel as the exterior layer of the maternal particle. Exploration was made on the preparation of new functional wave-absorbing composite particles and conductive aerosol composite particles.
