| The Karst is one of the familiar adverse geological problems in the underground and the foundation engineering. Especially in underground engineering, the karst water burst suddenly mud incidents directly crisis personnel and equipment security.In recent years, with the application of grouting and development in the underground and the foundation engineering demonstrated broad prospects. It economically, safely and effectively applied to the characteristics of the rock and soil reinforcement, water shutoff construction.This article take the Yunnan some mine enterprise 1800 karst mud irruption tunnel as the engineering background. According to the tunnel accident phenomenon investigation and the analysis, based on the principle of the extrusion and replacement, a new method of grouting be carried on processing to the mud irruption tunnel, and has carried on relating laboratory research.The main research work include the following five aspects:(1) According to the accident investigation and the phenomenon, proposed the assumptions of the mud's property. The mud-tailings is a kind of structural and thixotropic fluid. Aim at the nature of the mud-tailings and based on the principle of extrusion and replacement, put forward the treatment of grouting technology.(2) Apply rheology theory to a mud-rheological properties related test, confirm the rheological properties of mud hypothesis that can be squeezed replacement grouting test. According to preliminary rheological test results, analyse manipulative methods of the grouting process.(3) Paying attention to the cement grout material, study the factors which affect the stability of cement slurry and its rheological properties. According to the conclusions, discuss the grouting process at different stages and the choice of cement slurry in the grouting.(4) Design of the simulated experiments cementer in laboratory, and the corresponding simulated tests. Combining the (2), (3) part of the research, analyse the the key issues and manipulative methods which have to pay attention during the grouting process.(5) According to the trial stones morphology, propose possible diffusion and spread radius to this grouting method.Through the above research shows that the Karst mud irruption can be treated with extrusion and replacement grouting method. |
