In recent years, our country needs much more paper and cardboard year by year.While the question of the paper making materials has restricted the development of ourcountry paper making industry at all times. Bagasse is a good kind of non-timber fibermaterial for pulping and paper making. Although there has been huge output in Yunnanprovince and south of china, peopele has not pay enough attention to pulping and papermaking using Bagasse in Yunnan Province for a long time. Without convenienttransportation and enough energy, Bagasse has been used to burning at low efficiency.Present technics of pulping and paper making needs so much power that it is difficult forsugar enterprises to use bagasse for pulping and paper making. And these enterprises areshort of energy. With environment-sound and low-temperature Alkaline-Oxygen pulpapplied in Bagasse pulp, we can make pulp and paper in a clean method with low energy.We can make good use of bagasse pulp potential, so that we can relax the pressure of thepresent paper making materials.In view of the existent questions of Bagasse paper making in Yunnan Province, thestudies of the technics of environment-sound with Bagasse Alkaline-Oxygen pulp is aNatural Found Item in order to reach a feasible, low energy consuming andenvironment-sound technical method, which can impulse the development ofAlkaline-Oxygen pulp industrialization.In view of the fact of Bagasse alkaline-Oxygen pulp research, in this paper it adoptedthe method of correctitude-associate to obtain a systemic investgation. On the base ofcorrectitude-associate testing, we obtain the technics parameters of single Bagassealkaline-Oxygen pulp, and the optimal alkaline-Oxygen pulp effect as follows:dosage ofNaOH 22%, max temperature 135℃, initial oxygen pressure 0.8 MPa, rotate speed 400r/min, time to max temperature 65min to 70min, canceling the segment of heat preservation,bagasse to liquor ratio 1:8, safeguard dosage MgSO4 2.0%, screen y -ield 51.25%, Kappanumber 15.18, viscosity 944.7 mL/g, brightness 51.1%(SBD), pH 10.35, remains alkali3.31 g. In this paper it toke the systemic discussion on alkaline-Oxygen pulp withNaOHpretreatment. The obtained optimal alkaline-Oxygen pulp technics condition and optimalalkaline-Oxygen pulp effect are as the follows: dosage of NaOH of pretreatment 10%(todry raw material), bagasse to liquor ratio of pretreatment 1:10, max temperature ofpretreatment 90℃, pretreatment time at the max temperature 10min, The optimumAlkaline-Oxygen cooking conditions for the pretreatment bagasse are as the followings:addition dosage of NaOH 15%, plasm concentration 11%( bagasse to liquor ratio of 1:8),max temperature 130℃, initial oxygen pressure 0.6 MPa, time to the max temperature70min, time at the max temperature 40min, safeguard dosage MgSO4 dry rawmaterial),and screen yield 51.11%, Kappa number 11.35, viscosity 1057.25 mL/g,brightness 45.4%(SBD), pH 9.67, remains alkali 2.55 g/L.It in this paper studies made qualitative and quantitive analysis for the raw materiallignin, NaOH pretreatment bagasse lignin and alkaline-Oxygen pulp remaining lignin withthe aid of the infrared spectrum, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMB spectrum. It explained the reasonwhy NaOH pretreatment is advantageous to the alkaline-Oxygen pulp theoretically, whichcan offer support in theory for the technic design of bagasse alkaline-Oxygen pulp.
