Plunger Body Cold Extrusion Process Design Study

With the development of manufacturing, traditional cutting can not already satisfy the needs of production. New workmanships are developed and created is becoming the tendency of manufacturing industry. Cold extrusion is a kind of advanced manufacturing technology without bits, it has high quality, efficient, low consume.This magnetic field is associated reality production; it comes from in provincial factory. The study revolves around the workmanship of cold extrusion of cylinder element. As the cylinder element is belong to deep hole, the particularity of flowing way of metal make this program has important meaning.In this paper, the metal flowing way of element has been studied thoroughly by theoretical research and numerical simulated analysis, and last receives the cold extrusion product. In the progress of studying, we analysis the metal flowing characteristic and extruding force of compound extrusion and changing thin stretch with skid wire scene theory, and carried out the simulated research of three kinds technology scheme with limited element software QFORM, so the obtained conclusion is basically consentience with the skid wire scene of metal flowing characteristic, the two not reasonable technology schemes have been superseded. And according to reasonable technology scheme, we have designed the clod extrusion mould, and have tested on 315 tons precise hydraulic press, the result of experiment satisfies the requirement of this element, at the same time, the metal flowing characteristic and extruding force have been observed and obtained are consentience with the results of skid wire scene and limited element simulation.This paper with plenty of illustration and form has expressed theoretical calculation, simulation analysis and experiment result visually. Practice shows that the workmanship of clod extrusion technique of cylinder element has the production guidance meaning in actual production.
