The main purpose of the paper is to synthesize a new kind of pastyenergetic materials. It has the advantage of both solid and liquid propellant, andit has a high impetus, can adjust the thrust force, start and close the enginemany times without fire another time. Simultaneously the paste body can beused safely, the toxicity can't be volatilized and it also reduces the environmentpollution.In the paper, liquid matrix is made by the synthesis of a new kind ofPolyethylene-polyamine, inorganic acid salt and inorganic acid. The bestreaction condition is made through experiment and the conversion rate ofammonium per-chlorate is 84.75%in this condition.Pasty energetic materials is synthesized by blending of oxidant, metallicfuel and the matter of adjusting the burning rate, the liquid agglutination matrixis used as a continuous phase, and the best formula of the pasty energeticmaterials is determined.In the paper, the reaction mechanism of synthesizing liquid agglutinationmatrix is attempted to be analyzed. And so is the buming mechanism of thepasty energetic materials. The basic performance of the matrix and the pastyproduct is also analyzed.We used FTIR to characterize the structure of product, DSC and TGA tomeasure the thermal abilities of products. The results from DSC and TGA showthat the product has stable thermal properties, generally the onset temperature ofall of the Samples are always in 225℃-235℃, the heat value is 1200-1500 J/g.After saving in the water extractor for about five hundred and eighty days, there have hardly any changes with the onset temperature, the heat value, the peakand offset temperature. But solid and pasty TNT has already lost its efficacyafter saving for one hundred and thirty days in the same saving condition.Compare with TNT, the sample that we synthesized has a much higherenergy, and has very good stability, can be saved a much longer time in theroom temperature and atmospheric pressure. The buming experiments showthat its quantity of heat is emitted continually if it is fired, and this is differentwith the blasting explosive detonation of TNT.
