In this paper, the attempt was made in the material of ZnCr2O4-V2O5-Li2O-ZnO-SiO2, where the humidity-sensitive glass of V2O5-Li2O-ZnO-SiO2 enwrapped the crystal-grain of ZnCr2O4. So it forms a new style humidity-sensitive material, in which the ZnCr2O4 is the main crystal-phase, and the V2O5-Li2O-ZnO-SiO2 is the glass-phase.The paper introduces the technical process about how to this humidity-sensitive material in detail. We produced a series of humidity-sensitive flans in the way of adjusting the proportions of ZnCr2O4 and V2O5-Li2O-ZnO-SiO2. After minutely analyzed the performance of the samples, we got that if the proportions of ZnCr2O4 and V2O5-Li2O-ZnO-SiO2 were 98: 2 and 96: 4, whose performance would be better than that of other proportions.And the paper shows the results of the humidity characteristic curve, the degree of delicacy and the answering time. It also makes a theoretically analysis to the result of the experiment. The humidity characteristic curve of this humidity-sensitive material is smooth and linear in the main. And the material has a mezzo degree of delicacy and a short answering time. It is not sensitive to hydrogen, carbon dioxide, coal gas and ethanol (steam), has good capability of anti-interference. But the material is very sensitive to ammonia and therefore can not be used in the environment of ammonia.
