China is the biggest country that produces chemical fiber in the world. The chemical fiber which is an essential component of textile industry accounts for nearly two-thirds of the the total output of textile fiber in china. However, in our country,slap-up and high added value paratactic composite fiber mainly depends on importation, the main reason is that the spinneret (that spinneret will be named T4-spinneret in this thesis). used for producing paratactic composite fiber relys on the importation.This thesis points out the main reason that brings on Chinese factories can't produce T4-spinneret is that they can't drill acclivitous micro-holes of T4-spinneret. Through researching on different machining technics, this thesis provides a new machining way that is drilling micro-holes from inputing plane of spinneret. So this thesis gives a particular research on the pivotal technique of spinneret processing, focusing on how to put the present improved technology into practice.Firstly, the researcher studies on the theories about drilling and provides some excellent basal parameters of machining the T4-spinneret through a lot of experiments.Secondly, for the sake of reducing a gradient error of pilot micro-hole and improving precision of micro-holes, this thesis seriously studies on dynamics model of large length-diameter ratio small-hole then finds that the drill-point's excursion and drill's length are two main factors affecting on the verticality of drilling small-holes. Through studying on dynamics model, the researcher finds the point of drill can resume it's distortion if radial force is periodicly variational. So, the thesis provides a new technics way that is periodicly feeding to drill micro-holes. The experiments on the technics have proved new technics would reduce the incline of large length-diameter ratio micro-holes and improve the life of very drill.Tirdly, because the drill's grinding processing is complexed, the micro-drills are often asymmetry. This phenomenon will badly affect on machining spinnerets. In order to overcome the asymmetrical influence which the twist drill's cutting edge, the thesis points out that it can use tiny flat-drill to process spinneret's micro-holes which have small length-diameter ratio. The experiments on the flat-drill prove that the tiny flat-drill processing is fitting on the spinneret production.Lastly, the thesis describes a device that making use of air to operate machining position. The researcher has succussfully produced T4-spinneret, that is first time succussful producing double pilot holes and double acclivitous micro-holes paratactic composite fiber spin pack in our country.
