WD615 series engine is the most mature and widely used heavy engine in our country at present and the retained amount is very large. The crankshaft of this kind engine is machined using the alloyed module forging steel, making the cost of manufacture is too high and machining process is too comprehensive. So the cost of one piece and the price are still in the high level.Using the most advanced ductile cast iron and heat treatment process, we do the optimized design to the shape of the crankshaft's key positions. We deal with the surface using gas nitrogen treatment, another more, the most advanced radius fillet deep-rolling in the world with different forces is used to strengthen the radius fillets of the journal. The fatigue strength and life of WD615 with ductile cast iron methods can meet the using requirements of WD615 series engine.
