| In this paper, the aqueous dispersible amphiphilic macromolecular polyacrylamide was synthesised by the method of aqueous dispersion polymerization. Meantime, the optimum polymerization factors are inquired, such as monomer species (hydrophobic monomers, aqueous monomers, cationic monomers, aqueous anionic monomer AMPS) and concentrations, initiators, dispersion agents, stabilizers etc. Through the applyed outcomes in oil field, it can be concluded that the synthesized amphiphilic macromolecular polyacrylamide is excellent in the abilities of clay and cutting swelling inhibition, anti-aging and rheology.By the characterization analysis of molecular structure and properties, we find that the amphiphilic macromolecular polyacrylamide could adequately meet the needs in oil field, and successfully used in drilling and oil production field. |
