| With the continuous improving of the performance and operation speed of the huge computer,the density of the electron element of the system become higher and higher. The require of the cooling technology become an important factor of the computer system. In recent years the high effiency cold plate liquid indirect cooling technology are the often used cooling technology in high-performance computers at home and abroad.But the cold plate for the huge computer have complex manufacturing technics,high cost,low eligibility,and the quality is affected by many factors,so the quality control is very important.The brazing aera of the cole plate for the high performance computer is big,the sealability is high,the vacuum brazing is the key-procedure in the cold plate manufacturing,the main factors that affect the quality of the cold plate are brazing temperature technics curve and brazing fixture design. So in this paper I first aim at the technics characteristic of the vacuum brazing,set up a mathematical model for the vacuum brazing temperature control system,confirm the Pi control strategy,and carry through computer simulating and test,prove that the mathematical model and control arithmetic is practicable,the control effect is good.Secondly the paper analyse the bug of the raw fixture design and it's cause, set up a reasonable fixture design calculating way and principle on this base,and calculate the center point temperature of the working plate using the heat analyzing module in the IDES soft,prove the rationality of the modified fixture.The sense of this paper is that we not only improve the control of the cold plate brazing but also afford reference and direction for the similar temperature control for vacuum brazing and fixture design in the future. |
