| Shoes is a necessity of daily life, footwear materials which have good self-cleaning properties will ensure that the clean and beauty shoes have a critical role in performance, so the development of finishing agent which have self-cleaning and odor resistant properties used on footwear material has far-reaching significance and broad market prospects.In the paper, theoretical basis of nano self-cleaning technology was discussed. This paper adoption of self-cleaning technique including: 1. The usage water repellent and oil repellent sorting EX910E carry on function sorting to the fabric and make the fabric water repellent and oil repellent function.2. Repellent water with lower surface tension was formed by organic fluorine compound, and roughness was increased by nano SiO2 of large specific so rough surface will be formed with appropriate micro-structure.3. Exerting the characteristics of photocatalytic degradate organiction, developing a kind of photocatalytic self-cleaning finishing agent. The resistant process was optimized with orthogonal test and optimum recipe of soil self-cleaning finishing agent . The treated fabric ,water repellent grade:7,oil repellent grade: 9. Photocatalytic self-cleaning fabrics is able to degradate organiction under UV and sunshine.Combining the characteristics of water repellent and oil repellent function and photocatalytic self-cleaning function,develop the double effect self-cleaning fabrics which includes water repellent and oil repellent function and photocatalytic self-cleaning function. Nano TiO2 was stably dispersed by silane coupler which connects nano TiO2 to organic fluorine compound.To fill in the gaps of photocatalysis product's standard, self- cleaning fabrics test system is set up to study and develop self-cleaning fabric.This issue also studied the kinetic characteristics of those self-cleaning nonwovens. The dynamics research of photocatalyst fabrics under the UV were studied, and the kinetic studies show that the reaction is the first-order kinetics model, and the self-cleaning reactions were in accordance with Langmuir-Himshelwood equation well, the self-cleaning wovens treated by TiO2 has the highest reaction rate, indicated that the TiO2 fabrics has a faster sterilization rate in the short-wave UV irradiation compared to other fabrics.Among the two-doping self-cleaning fabrics(ZnO-TiO2,SiO2-TiO2), fabrics treated with ZnO-TiO2 has the fastest self-cleaning rate. Kinetics results of this comparison indicate that the addition of ZnO greatly enhance the antibacterial effect of TiO2 Photocatalyst in sunshine. |
