The oil gas water well overhaul sidetracking technology has been developed rapidly in recent years,and it has become one of the important means of recovering the production,decreasing cost,increasing the production of the oil in Solving the old sub-area.The statistical data indicate:the annual growing figure of the casing failure well is up to 10-30%in the petroleum field.The oil gas water well overhaul sidetracking technology will bring the enormous social and economical benefits.With the development of material science,the high strength and composite tools are used more and more in the petroleum equipments and downhole tool fields.On one hand the life-span of the equipments and the tools has been improved,on the other hand great difficulty in maintenace well comes such as fishing the packer and the electrical submersible pump.Workover is a great difficult problem at present.In recent years,with the development of the directional horizontal well and the small borehole sidetracking technology,a large number of junks in the horizontal well and small diameter pipes need to be salvaged,so a set of suitable salvaging tools and technical study should be studied on and manufactured.The fast and the high-efficient tripping and salvaging tools must be developed.Optimum designing from the material to the structure of cutting and rubing meet the complexity and uncertainty in the pit. Researching and developing the high-efficient milling tools are particularly important.This thesis studies and directs primarily to the technical difficult problems,such as Liaohe Oil Field underground wrok company 5-1/2 and 7" oil gas water well's salvaging,triping oil pipe,releasing the oil pole,recovering the oil,waterflooding the packer and downhole pump.The high-efficient milling tools are researched and developed so as to meet the scientific research and fit of procreative demand.In the course of researching and producing the high-efficient milling tools,the relevant literatures and over 60 books about the oil gas water well overhaul sidetracking technology are read.Discussing the application of the overhaul sidetracking technology and the milling tools,analyzing the neccessity and certainty of developing the high-efficient milling tools,indicate that the milling tools is the necessary in the oil gas water well overhaual sidetracking.This thesis is carried on this background.By comparating to the high-efficient milling tools,it has finished:(1)the global designing,including the conceptual design of the milling shoes and end-milling;(2)the spare part designing,including cutting renewal and analyzing of the material;(3)innovating the cutting structure and the law of bites and changing outline,realizing the principle of equal strength and constant speed abrade wearing,decreasing greatly stress concentration;(4)optimizing designs of the centralizer and the bottom power drilling tools and the new hydraulic booster, reducing greatly impacted loading.The analysis of the milling course and characteristic can well react the relation between working performance and parts of the mechanical system.This thesis has finished the high-efficient milling tools' kinematical and dynamic loading analysis. All these indicate that the high-efficient milling tools innovated in its structures and operating principles are superior to general ones.By comparing and optimizing design the milling tools,the new high-efficient milling tools reach a high-level,can meet the actual needs and have high social benefit and developing prospect.
