The Natural Gas at the out-let of the gas well usually contains some sour gas such as H2S, CO2 and organic sulphur and so on. When these sour gas's concentration excess certain scale that the standard of quality asked for, then it must be purified before pipe-transport and selling.Get rid of these sour gas from the Natural Gas's process is called the desulphurization. And at the present, the traditional Amine-Claus desulphurize process and Scot tail-exhaust treating process is still wildly used in the natural gas's desulphurization in the facet of the centralized processing for its better economy. However, there are still some limitations it has when comes to treat the sour gas well with the high CO2/H2S ratio, low H2S contention and the well where located in remote and scatter areas. So it is hard to use the traditional processing for such kind of special situation, and obstruct the recycle of reconnoitre and drilling well's cost seriously.In or order to solve these problems, a lot of dry and wet-desulphurization method is emerged as the times require. And the basic theory is changing the sulfide into simple-sulphur-substance when sweeten the sour gas, there is no need for the tail exhaust treating and sulphur recycle, and it is benefit to simple the work flow, convenient the processing operation and decrease the environment pollution.In those methods, the method of complexing-iron which belonged to the method of Liquid-redox is been commonly and wildly regarded. This paper focused on the method of complexing-iron and developed some liquid desulphurization system, and optimized them which is good at the desulphurization ratio and the feasibility in technology and economical; Meanwhile, discussed the mainly factors which influencing the desulphurization ratio based on the optimized system; Reviewed the liquid's causticity to the steel products; Preliminary investigated the optimized-liquid system's feasibility and the superiority on the technology and economical which used in sour natural gas desulphurization and other chemical industry's desulphurization, and obtained initial research results.
