| The auther has been instructed professional curriculum for the students in secondary vocational school for years, and finds that there is something wrong with the professional curriculum teaching, that is to say, the professional capability of students from vocational school does not match the requirements of actual work, it is because theory teaching and practice teaching can not be unified into the current professional curriculum instruction. To develop work process-oriented and curriculum, the writer studies carefully modern vocational and technical education curriculum development technique then develops work process-oriented learning field curriculum for computer numerical control (CNC) major with typical work task analysis method (BAG-Berufliche Arbeitsaufgaben). The study and development result includes typical BAG-based learning field curriculum development technique, which can combine study with work process and complete learning field curriculum plan for CNC major. |
