Research And Development Of The Apparel Production Process Graph Generation System

With the development and popularization of computer, Internet and informatization technology in Manufacturing Industry, the degree of informatization has been enhanced gradually. It not only leads to the reduced in the cost of labor, but to the great improved of production efficiency, and the improvement of product quality. The clothing industry is treating manufacturing industry new and developing, gradually transits from the tradition labor-intensive industries to intensive estate of science. Informatization development applying the course being accelerated, the clothing industry has provided more broad space for development. However, due to the features of the clothing industry, the level of informatization in clothing enterprise has always been dropped behind, so the developing of clothing industry informatization ,as a scientific research problem , already becomes the being paid close attention to fully.The clothing industry informatization included style design informatization, structural design informatization and procedure design informatization. The development and application of computer-aided clothing design (CAD) have provided a reliable and efficient design tool for clothing enterprise. Researches on the clothing CAD technology are gradually deepened. Compared with clothing CAD, the research on informatization technology of clothing production process is very rare. It badly affects the process of clothing enterprise informatization.This thesis main contents comprise the following aspects:1. According to attribute of clothing product, adopting object oriented modeling technology, the model about clothing information of clothing products is set up. Realization system take the data as the central, integrate the clothing procedure design and management.2. Taking an interactive information cue aid designer to input information of clothing production process accurately, provide comprehensive and precise clothing product information description for the system.3. By clothing product information description, the background database extract the records matched condition according to the inputted data, then they will generate a new data sheet dynamically, finally the generation for process graph of concrete clothing product should be accomplished.4. In the system, each procedure-node is encapsulated into control form, and then, fill in areas, the clothing procedure graph is generated at last. 5. In the clothing procedure graph, we could be manipulated, such as updating, insertion and deletion and so on.This study centered on the research of informatization of clothing production process, structured the whole framework of generation system for clothing product process graph , designed clothing production process information coding scheme, developed working procedure graph generating system. The method of drawing the clothing procedure graph system based on the computer construction of data theory, is beneficial exploration in the comprehensive realization clothing procedure informatization.
