| In this paper,it is introduced that the production of automobile exhaust and the serious harm which creates to the environment,the laws and regulations of automobile discharges in developed countries and our country at present,and the structure and the work principle of catalytic converter.The three-way catalytic converter is an engine-out purified device that is located at exhaust aftertreatment system of the automotive. It can convert the poisonous CO,HC and NO into CO2,H2O and N2,and it is one of the most effective means for reducing emissions Emission regulations are becoming more and more stringent,and the higher performances for the converter are expected as numbers of automotives at the city increase.According to three kinds of main pollutant reaction mechanisms in the exhaust, researching the three-way catalyst bu KunMing nobal metal catalyst co.Ltd,the catalytic reaction dynamics model has been inferred,the preliminary discussion to in the catalytic converter oxygen storage sub module has been made,and the corresponding solution means is provided.The temperature characteristic and concentration characteristic of three-way catalyst(TWC)are researched in this thesis.Through setting up mathematics model for catalyst converters,solving the model and resolving the balance constancy of adsorption and rate constancy of reaction.We systematically investigate the temperature variation tendency and concentration change. |
