| Mullite ceramic is an aluminosilicate mineral,bearing high refractoriness,excellent heat-resistance and aseismatic performance,resistance to chemical attack,anti-creep, high load softening temperature,good volume stability,strong electrical insulation,and so on.It is an ideal high-grade refractory material,while its chemical formula is 3Al2O3·2SiO2.Because of the complex chemical composition and complex mineral component,the further comprehensive utilization ratio of wastes-granite rock powder is low.In recent years,study on the comprehensive utilization of wastes -granite rock powder is few.This paper mostly research on the feasibility of utilizing a mass of castoff--Granite stone powder,fly ash,coal gangue,and industrial aluminium oxide of mullite from the course of producing the granite stone to get mullite ceramic.After large numbers of experiments and researches,find a reasonable way of using the above material to get directions for producing chemicals or metallurgical products,while research on the property,structure and reactive mechanism of geopolymerization.;In the experiment,producing the mullite ceramic materials,the way is as follows: Granite powder,fly ash,coal gangue and industrial aluminium oxide as raw materials are mixed for grinding,repressed for forming,sintered,and improved by other industrial processes.Study how the composition of raw materials,sintering temperature,forming pressure on the properties of materials to impact the material performance.Secondly,I analyze the petrochemical mechanism of granite stone powder,fly ash and other petrochemical and the change of the microstructure,using scanning electron microscopy (SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD),and other means.I draw the nether conclusions:Through the analysis of experimental tests,find the reasonable formula and technical conditions:granite stone powder amounts to 30 percent,fly ash occupies for 20 percent,coal gangue amounts to 20 percent,and aluminium oxide occupies for 30 percent;forming pressure is 15kN,sintering temperature gets to 1650℃,and soaking time goes on three hours,that I can get the perfect mullite ceramic materials.The porosity is 9.47 percent,the bulk density is 2.76 g/cm3,compressive strength is 27.81 MPa,line shrinkage and shrinkage rates are 0.34%and 0.72%,respectively,and Nai Suanjian are 98.28 percent,94.16 percent,respectively.Sample 3:the content increases sharply with the temperature rising before 1550℃,then changes slightly after 1550℃. Before 1450℃,Mo to petrochemical complets basically,then it relies mainly on the Second-generation.The quartz from Petrochemical Qiemo is at room temperature, mainly in the form of amorphous.Before 1550℃,the extent of the petrochemical sintering is sensitive to temperature,and then it becomes lower.When it is sintered in 1450℃,3 types of samples may play a major role.From 1550℃to room temperature, the sintering temperature and the liquid phase sintering play major roles at the same time. In the 1650℃to room temperature,recrystallization and gathering recrystallization play major roles.As the sintering temperature increases,the sample of mullite grain becomes more perfect and thicker,or even forms a network-like structure. |
