In open-pit mine blasting parameter and blasting vibration effect infection are very importance factor at mine economy and safe production. Theory analysis is combined with fieldwork test as the research method in this paper. Study blasting parameter optimize and blasting vibration in Baideng phosphorus open-pit mine.Firstly this paper diagnoses that mine active blasting parameter, blasting effect and geological condition, combine blasting parameter optimize theory and rock mass or Baideng phosphorus ore mine, study on millisecond blasting mechanism, find appropriate blasting parameters and detonating method. Secondly considering the blasting vibration signal to be a short-time non-stationary random signal. the author carried out a frequency-energy analysis by the wavelet packet analysis technique under different detonating method from the point of view of energy analyzing, and concluded that the energy distribution of blasting vibration signal varies with blast conditions during its propagation, and further study the characteristic of propagation of blasting vibration wave. Test verification of rationality of experimental methods.In this paper we study blasting vibration's influence while optimizing parameter of blasting, which make the research on optimizing parameter of blasting in mines more systemic and more comprehensive. The paper result can guide parameter design and vibration management of other strip mine under the same geological condition.After half-year's test, economy benefit and society benefit have been achieved.
