Various complicated parts body from different materical can high efficiency, inexpensive and cleanliness be processed by whirling.To carry out it using in finish machining in china,many closely-related technique problem with high-speed whirling need to be resolveed.this thesis carry a study moves research and development, synthesis error derive model and compensation of 5-Axis whirling machine tool.First it push know the high speed is extremely high to be zhe research development direction that it useds for nicety to process soon by analysis the relation between main error and speed about whirling.Drew up its innovative design project through apply virtual manufa-cturing.3D virtualdigital machine tool prototype is establisied.According to the sequence of examining machine principle, mechanisms and structure design and dynamic behaviors, a true technique examination and modify under high-speed condition of the 5--Axis whirling machine tool structure design by usage the simulation.Analysis' knowing the tool machine function and the design quality can satisfy whirling a request,verifying the possibility of the project.The tool, the tool dish and its conjunction pay to accept a piece on "tool - machine" sport chain most bitter end, its manufacturing quality can process the accuracy influence biggest. The finish machining to pare the tool to have many target with the whirling whole and excellent turn the sty- le is studied. adopting PRO/E to carry on the virtual design and assembe for the razor blade,the tool pole and the dish.Used PRO/MECHANICA to carry on a finte elements analysis of structure. Get each design parameter to the dynamic state influence that the tool have by the mold appearance and the mold appearance, find out the weak link of each spare parts, have for the tool,the tool dish and conjunction pay the structure design project verification of accept the piece and rela- tively provided the dep endable theories the basis.In order to raise the 5-Axis NC whirling machine tool's move the process accuracy, the realization"evolution" process, have to study the comprehensive error margin repair of the tool machine. The volumetric position error between tool and workpiece caused by geometrical error and thermal error existing in the machine tools components is researched,a general synthetic error model for 5-Axis NC whirling machine tool is derived by means of robot kinematics.Analyzed the relationship between the error and its compensation of a 5-Axis NC whirling machine tool with three translational and two rotational axes in detail, Based on differential transformation of the robot kinematics, the volumetric error compensation model is created by decoupling the error compensation motions,and the position and orientation compensation values of the joint variables can be obtained finally with the model. Again further offering a thesis base for the high precise processing of thread on a 5-Axis whirling machine tool.
