Ecological Risk Assessment Of Urban Water Sources And Water Quality And Safety Management,

Nowadays,with the development of economy and urbanization ,the population and consumption of water has been increasing rapidly,and the pressure of the municipal water supply has been increased obviously,but the protection of the the water supply has lagged relatively.Applying the principle of the environmentology and ecology ,and refering the Guidance for Conducting Ecological Risk Assessments ,this paper estimates the ecological risk of the Hong Feng Lake ,which is the water source of the Guiyang . There are some important conclusions as follows:According the systems analysis of the lake ,the importance sources of regional ecological risk are congirmed, such as tourism ,point pollutiond,non-point pollution,sediment pollution ,acid rain ,drought and so on .According the function of the Hong Feng Lake ,the assessment endpoint is the water quality . According the analysis of the monitor data about the lake,we can conclude that the percent of pass in the first-grade protection is only five percent,and only seven percent in the second-grade protection.Integrating the description of the ecological risk sources and stressor-response analysis,the conceptual model is maded.Applying the measure of AHP , Weightcoefficient of ecological risk is fixed ,and the high weight coefficient is the P- contamination.Optimizing the model and approach of the ecological risk assessment, the article evaluates the ecological risk of the Hong Feng Lake systematically,and concludes that :the value of risk in the south lake is 2.5070,2.7224 in the middle lake ,2.4554 in the north lake ;the ecological risk value in Houwu in firt-grade protection of Lake is 3.0634,the ecological environment is frangible .Finally ,applying meansur of the region and risk management,the management mode of the water quality security is analyzed; the project of dealing with the polluted water source of the Hong Feng Lake is putted forward.The plan of emergency for the pollution events is discussed.At last the Secong wate source is discussed for the urgent water supply in Guiyang.
