The dissertation consists of two parts.The first part is the study of chiral imidazolinone derivatives' synthesis and its biological activity's research.The second part is the study of B2O3/Al2O3.The first part is to summarize the study of the chiral imidazolinone derivatives,and to explore a new type of chiral imidazolinone derivatives' synthesis and the study of their biological activity of the corresponding study.Easy to get from the preparation of optically active compounds of chiral pesticides can effectively avoid the cumbersome enantiomer separation,but also to avoid asymmetric synthesis of optically active expensive reagents.Bioactive Compounds from the structure of the study and may be for us to find a pilot of the application,with independent intellectual property rights and the creation of environment-friendly efficient,safe,pollution-free pesticides varieties.The second part is to summarize the study of B2O3/Al2O3,and to discuss the three reactions promoted by B2O3/Al2O3 and the catalyst's application:(1) B2O3/Al2O3 as an efficient and recyclable catalyst for the highly regioselective synthesis ofβ-amino alcohols under solvent-free conditions.(2) B2O3/Al2O3 as a reusable and efficient catalyst for the regio-and chemoselective synthesis of enaminones.(3) B2O3/Al2O3-catalyzed One-Pot synthesis of dihydropyrimidinones under solvent-free conditions...
