Study On Protective Seam Mining And Roadway Arrangement For Coal Seams With High Gas

In view of safe mining in Faer Mine, the problem of high gas coal seams protective seam mining and roadway arrangement system was studied. The protection mechanism and overlying strata behavior law were analyzed and studied through the theoretical analysis method, and it was known that protective function was the result of pressure relief function and gas drainage and the pressure relief effect was the leadership and decisive factor. According to the coal seam condition of Faer Mine, two protective seam mining plans was put forward. Then the pressure-relief effection comparision between the two plans was studied through FLAC^3D numerical simulation, and the feasibility of ascending mining under short distance condition was studied through experience method and numerical simulation. In the foundation of plan definition, the pressure relief law of protected seams was studied, and the gas emission law was analyzed and forecasted. The pressure relief scope and the relationship between the strata behavior and gas pressure, gas flow law was got. In the part of roadway arrangement system, the basic route of roadway arrangement for coal seams with high gas was proposed. Based on this, the union way of preparation roadway and the connect method between coal seams, ventilation ways, gas drainage ways and gas control were studied. And based on abutment pressure law, the roadway arrangement way and location selection, the relationship between exploitation and excavation and the deep mining problem was studied. Through the research of these problems, some beneficial conclusions in the protective seam mining and short distance between coal seams roadway arrangement aspect were obtained and has provided the important safeguard for safe mining of high gas mine. It has the important significance for safe mining under similar conditions.
