Based on the wastewater after tertiary treated (reused wastewater) in municipal wastewater treatment plants, this subject was studied to explore the best optimal treatment process route according to the relative standards through a comprehensive analysis of reused wastewater. Under the background of pilot system design capability, the subject analyzes the treatment effects on various discharge indices based on the results of different flux experiments. After the analysis on the effects each treatment process, the optimal process operating parameters and the best process unit combination were determined. And operation effect of this system was further tested by experiments. The experiment results demonstrated that after urban waste water treatment, the water quality index of the direct drinking water from wastewater reusing could be qualified to Hygienic Standard for Drinking Water (GB5749-2006) and Water Quality Standard for Drinking Water (CJ94-2005) . The pilot system worked most efficiently when the influent flow was 16 L/min. The removal efficiencies of chroma, turbidity, CODMn, hardness, TDS, conductivity and N-NH4+ were more than 90%. And the removal efficiency of N-NO3- was more than 70%.
